بيان مشترك

في الوقت الذي توقف فيه التجنيد الإجباري في الجمهورية العربية السورية، تصرّ ميليشيا "قسد" الإرهابية على فرضه قسراً في الجزيرة السورية المحتلة، وتتمادى في ممارساتها الإجرامية بحق من يختار الانفصال عن صفوفها. فالانشقاق بنظرها لا يُغتفر، والعقوبة لا تقتصر على المنشق، بل تطال والديه، إخوته، أقاربه، وكل من يمتّ له بصلة، بأساليب تنتهك كل القيم والأعراف.
وليس آخر تلك الجرائم جريمة إعدام المواطن المسن عبد الرحمن تايه داوود أمام منزله في ريف الحسكة، فقط لأنه والد منشقّ. رصاصة غادرة من قسد في الرأس أنهت حياته، بينما أفراد عائلته تعرّضوا للضرب الوحشي والإذلال الجماعي.
هذه ليست حالة فردية ولا سابقة استثنائية، بل نهج ثابت لقسد ازداد وحشية في الآونة الأخيرة مع تصاعد موجة الانشقاقات. اعتقالات، تصفيات، مداهمات دامية، وخطف لأقارب المنشقين.
إننا نُدين بأشد العبارات هذا النهج القمعي الوحشي والمخالف لكل المواثيق الإنسانية، ونناشد كل من يستطيع إنهاء هذه الجرائم بحق شعبنا في الجزيرة السورية المحتلة ووقف مأساتهم ومعاناتهم مع ميليشيا "قسد" الإرهابية أن يقوم بواجبه الأخلاقي والإنساني من موضعه وصلاحياته ومسماه الوظيفي.

Joint Statement

At a time when compulsory conscription has been suspended in the Syrian Arab Republic, the terrorist militia “SDF” insists on forcibly imposing it in the three Syrian governorates of Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa, and Hasakah, escalating its criminal practices against those who choose to defect from its ranks. In their view, defection is an unforgivable offense, and the punishment is not limited to the defector alone—it extends to their parents, siblings, relatives, and anyone connected to them, using methods that violate all values and norms.
The most recent of these crimes was the execution of elderly citizen Abdul Rahman Tayeh Dawood in front of his home in the countryside of Al-Hasakah, merely for being the father of a defector. A treacherous SDF bullet to the head ended his life, while his family members were brutally beaten and publicly humiliated.
This is neither an isolated incident nor an exceptional case, but rather a consistent pattern of behavior by the SDF, which has grown more brutal in recent times with the increasing wave of defections. Arrests, executions, bloody raids, and the abduction of defectors’ relatives have all become commonplace.
We condemn in the strongest terms this brutal and repressive approach, which violates all humanitarian conventions. We call upon everyone with the ability to put an end to these crimes against our people in the three Syrian governorates of Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa, and Hasakah to fulfill their moral and humanitarian duty according to their position, authority, and responsibility.
Leaving the ranks of the SDF is a right; punishing defectors and their families is a cowardly crime condemned by all human norms and rights conventions.
